The short version

Everything that matters, in eight lines

  • One payment of US$2,250 for one 30-day engagement, bought for your business.
  • Book your Founder Diagnostic right away. Send your intake at least 2 business days before it.
  • Changed your mind? Full refund, for any reason, up to 24 hours before your Founder Diagnostic.
  • Missed it? You get one replacement. If the Sprint ends after a missed call, we keep a US$500 no-show fee and refund US$1,750.
  • Blueprint late because of us? Your choice: a full refund, or we finish your Sprint and refund US$1,125.
  • Rather not build after the Walkthrough? US$1,125 back, and you keep the Blueprint.
  • Not enough evidence to do the work? Full refund before the clock starts.
  • Everything we make for you is yours. We don't guarantee leads, sales or revenue.

This summary is here to help. If it ever differs from the full agreement below, the full agreement applies.

01This agreement

This agreement is between Thurlow Marketing Group ("Thurlow", "we") and the business named at checkout ("you"). You accept it by ticking the box at checkout and completing your payment. The person who accepts confirms they can make this agreement for the business.

The Sprint is sold for business purposes only, not for personal, family or household use.

This is version 2026-10-13. Each version stays online at its own address, and your welcome email links to the version you accepted.

02The work

We examine the evidence for one priority offer and buyer, diagnose the main barrier stopping buyers, create a prioritized plan, and build and launch the first agreed improvement. It includes:

  • Your Blueprint: the evidence behind the diagnosis, buyer and message decisions, three priority briefs, a 90-day sequence and your first action.
  • Seven supporting foundation documents and a one-page Executive Decision Brief.
  • The first build: one asset or change from brief #1, such as a service or offer page, a case study, an outreach sequence, a proposal structure, or a lead magnet with follow-up emails. Two rounds of revisions are included.
  • A Follow-up Playbook: a written sequence your team loads into its own tools.
  • Four touchpoints, a Day 30 review, and a written update every Friday during the Build.
  • 12 months of access to the Obvious Choice Lab (see section 11).

At the Blueprint Walkthrough, we agree in writing on the first build's deliverables, where it will be built, who publishes it, the inputs needed and how we'll know it's done. Work beyond that agreed build needs a separate agreement. The other two briefs are delivered as plans, not builds.

Not included: full website builds, video production, campaign or ad management, ad spend, routine posting, technical maintenance, or closing sales for you.

03Getting started

  • Book your Founder Diagnostic (Touchpoint 1) right after payment, for a time within 5 business days, unless we agree another date in writing.
  • Send your intake and evidence at least 2 business days before the call. We check them before we meet. If there isn't enough to work with yet, we move the call to give you time. That move doesn't count as your rescheduling.
  • If you haven't booked within 5 business days of payment, we'll remind you. If it still isn't booked within 10 business days of payment, we close your Sprint and refund you in full.

04The timeline and the clock

  • Day 1 is your Founder Diagnostic, held once we've confirmed there's enough evidence.
  • Your Blueprint is delivered within 5 business days of Touchpoint 1.
  • Your first build is live by Day 30. This is a target, not a guarantee. If it slips for reasons within our control, we keep working at no extra charge until it's live.
  • The clock pauses, day for day, while we're waiting on you for inputs, access, approvals or publishing. We tell you in writing when a pause starts. Our own delays never pause the clock.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Ontario statutory holidays. Times are Toronto time.

05Your participation

  • Share your evidence on time, and the access we agree in week one.
  • Attend the four touchpoints and the Day 30 review, about 5–6 hours in total.
  • Approve work, or send your comments, within 2 business days.
  • Name one person who approves the work, and tell us who handles sales and who will publish.
  • Where you publish, we supply publish-ready work and your team handles publication.
  • Don't send us passwords or recovery codes. Give access through invitations you can remove.
  • Only share materials you have the right to share.

06Changing your mind before you start

You can cancel for any reason and get a full refund of US$2,250 if you tell us in writing at least 24 hours before your Founder Diagnostic, whether or not you've booked it. No explanation is needed.

Email hello@thurlowmarketing.com and say whether you're ending the Sprint or asking for a new time. What counts is when your email arrives, not when we read it. Deleting a calendar invitation on its own doesn't cancel the Sprint.

You can reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice. Once the Founder Diagnostic starts, refunds are available only under sections 8 and 10.

07Missed or late-cancelled Founder Diagnostic

A call is missed if you haven't joined within 15 minutes of the start. Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice is a late cancellation.

  • We offer one replacement call within 5 business days, and follow up in writing that day and again 2 business days later.
  • If you don't rebook within 5 business days of our first follow-up, or you miss or late-cancel the replacement, we may end the Sprint in writing.
  • If the Sprint ends this way, or you choose to end it after a missed or late-cancelled call, we keep a US$500 no-show fee and refund US$1,750.

Problems on our side, such as our cancellation, a broken meeting link or no suitable times, never count against you. Documented emergencies are handled case by case.

08Our guarantees

We guarantee what we control.

Enough evidence, or a full refundIf, after reviewing your intake, we agree there isn't enough evidence to do the work properly and it can't be gathered with reasonable effort, we refund the full US$2,250 before the clock starts.
On time, or your money backIf your Blueprint isn't delivered within 5 business days of Touchpoint 1 (plus any logged pauses) for reasons within our control, you choose: a full US$2,250 refund, you keep the Blueprint and the Sprint ends; or we finish your Sprint as agreed and refund US$1,125. Tell us within 2 business days of the late delivery. If we don't hear from you, we finish your Sprint and refund US$1,125.
Your choice after the WalkthroughIf you'd rather not have us build, tell us in writing within 2 business days of Touchpoint 2. We refund US$1,125, you keep the Blueprint and supporting documents, and the Build doesn't start.

Refunds are paid to your original payment method within 5 business days. Refunds don't add up: where more than one applies, the larger one is paid, and the total never exceeds what you paid.

09Long delays on your side

If something essential from you is still outstanding 10 business days after our written request, we send a final notice giving you 5 more business days to complete it or agree a restart date. If neither happens, we may end the Sprint in writing. No change-of-mind refund applies, but any refund already owed under section 8 is still paid, and you receive everything completed so far.

10If we can't finish

If we end the Sprint for reasons that aren't your doing, we refund the full US$2,250 if your Blueprint hasn't been delivered, or US$1,125 once it has. You keep everything delivered.

11The Obvious Choice Lab

Your 12 months of Lab access start when your payment is confirmed. Access ends early if you cancel under section 6, take the Walkthrough exit, or the Sprint ends under sections 3, 7 or 9. If a refund or ending is caused by us, you keep your full Lab term, and any time the Lab is unavailable because of us is added to it.

12Results

We don't guarantee leads, sales or revenue. Results depend on demand, how widely the work is seen, how you follow up and sell, and time. They build over your actual sales cycle, which is often longer than 30 days.

13Ownership

Once you've paid, everything we create for you in the Sprint is yours to use with any team: the Blueprint, briefs, documents, the built asset and the Follow-up Playbook. We keep ownership of our own methods, frameworks, templates and tools, including the Lab. Third-party items such as fonts, images or software are covered by their own licences.

14Your information

  • We keep your evidence and business information confidential, and use it only to deliver your Sprint.
  • We may use AI tools to help draft documents. A person reviews everything against your evidence before it reaches you.
  • We never use your name, logo or results publicly without your written permission.
  • You can ask us to delete your materials after the Sprint.
  • Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

15Liability

Our total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the Sprint. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or opportunities. Nothing here limits rights that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

16General

Email counts as writing under this agreement. If any part can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Changes to these terms apply only to purchases made after the new version is published. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and any dispute will be heard by the courts in Toronto, Ontario. Questions?
